David G. Bicknell is a business lawyer who has practiced in the Santa Clara Valley for more than twenty-seven years. He lectures frequently on business law issues before community groups and industry associations.
Mr. Bicknell has practiced business law since 1979, the year he graduated from the University of Santa Clara School of Law with honors. Upon graduating, Mr. Bicknell began work for a small San Jose law firm. Before opening a solo law office in Los Gatos, Mr. Bicknell spent 8 years as a partner in one of Silicon Valley's largest law firms. He has represented a wide variety of clients. His current clients include real estate developers, building contractors and others.
Since opening a solo practice in 1994, Mr. Bicknell has focused his practice on construction issues and disputes, real estate boundary disputes, leasing issues and other matters involving real property and construction projects.
