Joy Bender
Joy has met the requirements of the California State Bar Association to hold herself out as a “paralegal” as defined by the Business & Professions Code. She is required to complete at least four hours of continuing legal education every three years in legal ethics and every two years she is required to complete four hours study in either general law or in a specialized area of law. Joy has worked with David for more than 20 years and provides excellent teamwork to all our litigation projects, with great communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of the courts and litigation process that only comes with experience. Joy is a licensed real estate agent and has expert understanding of real estate and construction issues. Carol Kramer
Carol Kramer is our office manager with more than 20 years' management experience in small businesses including law firms, a community music and arts school, private music studios, and a word processing business. Additionally, she is in her 16th year of leadership in Mary Kay Cosmetics, currently as an Ind. Sales Director. Carol brings a fun sense of customer service and efficiency to our office.
